Gareth Lynch. More than a dollar, less than a million. I've been working on 3D modelling since late 2007 and pretty much taught myself everything I know. I'm a Maya man and generally use Apple computers to do my work on, but lately, it's been on a Windows (7) laptop. My specialization is low-poly modelling with an emphasis on quick prototyping. If you need a few non-organic props in your scene to quickly test scripts, animations, effects or what have you, I'm your man. Though they're all low-poly, there's nothing about them that's "low quality." I take my time when permitted, so every detail that we can squeeze into the asset, is in there, even with a poly limit. I've done it before, and I can do it again. My philosophy is summed up pretty much in 5 words: more does not equal better. The more polys per model, the harder the engine has to push, but by reducing said polys and using a clever mix of shadow and lighting, with texture and normal maps, a great deal of detail can be achieved with much less. Oh, and I can work on a budget, too. Big plus
